Julee started her real estate career in 1997. She was involved in developing several popular neighborhoods in and around Durango. Not knowing it then, but as she worked alongside the local land developers and builders, her interest in putting “all the pieces together” through the building process and helping others realize their own home dreams led her to a passion for great design, and customer service, and lasting friendships.

Julee’s generous nature and infectious personality are focused on providing unsurpassed client services, all while creating a memorable real estate experience with her clients for years to come. Julee is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) with over 25 years of experience, including new builds, resales, urban and rural properties, along with golf & resort communities.
