When selling a home, it is very easy to choose the wrong agent. So, how can you increase the chances you will make the right choice in picking a real estate agent? First, you need to understand what things real estate agents should be doing for home sellers! A seller needs to know what is going on with the sale of their home weekly. Too many Real Estate agents get a client and then only check back in when they get an offer. The Glynn Group regularly updates their clients on the feedback from showings and anything else that may concern them. Anybody can say they are interested in buying a house. Not everyone can get pre-approval for a home loan, though. We feel that if the seller and home are ready to sell, objections should be minimal.

There are so many little details that must be taken care of, which is one of the big selling points of our services. As the closing draws near, we will check to make sure the final propane reading is complete, supply utilities that either need to be transferred or terminated, assure final cleaning is complete, and review final settlement statements with the sellers. You have enough to do purging, packing, and scheduling the moving company, so let us ease the burden just a bit. We will get you to the finish line.
